Meo’Nardos was born from my lifelong love of food, family, and creativity. As a chef, I’ve spent years perfecting recipes and bringing something different to every table I serve. For me, pizza has always been more than dough and toppings—it’s a blank canvas to create something special.
Growing up, I was inspired by the Ninja Turtles. It wasn’t just the cartoons—it was the fun, the energy, and how they made pizza feel like an adventure. When my son was born, I named him Meonardo—a name that brings together both Michelangelo and Leonardo, my two favorite Ninja Turtles, and also the two artists who defined creativity in their time. That’s where the idea of the new art of pizza really started.
At Meo’Nardos, we blend tradition with innovation. From handcrafted brick oven pizzas to one-of-a-kind 3-D creations and fresh hibachi cooked to order, everything we serve is made with purpose and pride. It’s a reflection of my passion for cooking and my belief that great food should be an experience.
